Isfahan Nooshin Halal Protein Products Complex was established in 2010 in an area of 50000 m2 with the square footage of 15000 m2 equipped with a refrigerating room of 1000 tons capacity aiming at producing, supplying and exporting a wide range of protein and raw animal products (edible and inedible), all sorts of red meat in particular, with an industrial mechanism. Employing highly competent personnel and making use of industrial equipment, this complex has provided all segments of the society with various types of red meat of high quality under the brand name of POORANG. This complex is consisted of a place for supplying livestock, industrial abattoir, red meat packaging halls, trimming edible offal (Kale Pacha literally translated as cooked sheep’s head and trotters, liver and kidney), trimming inedible offal, waste products conversion factory, industrial and edible gelatin production factory, sausage and salami production factory and bone meal production factory. All sections of the complex build on the expertise of highly competent veterinary experts including veterinarians and food and drug experts and they are all under the surveillance of Iran Veterinary Organization and Food and Drug Administration.
